We prescribe professional grade natural medicines, most of which are only available by prescription from a licensed naturopathic doctor. These are products from companies that uphold the highest standard in the supplement industry when it comes to raw materials, certified manufacturing standards, and rigorous product and purity testing.

Dispensary Refills

You have two options to refill your natural medicine prescriptions: either through the online dispensary (see below) or the clinic’s onsite dispensary. If you choose to refill your prescriptions through the clinic’s dispensary, refill requests can be made in person or over the phone during clinic hours.

Online Dispensaries

Fullscript Online Dispensary:  For your convenience, you can place your natural medicine prescription orders online at any time through our virtual dispensary, Fullscript, and have the products delivered right to your door within 2-7 business days. Product prices are based on the MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price). Shipping is free for orders over $150. Once you have created an online account, all of your prescription orders will be securely stored for you in one convenient place. This is useful for future reference, when you need to make a refill or when you simply want to review your treatment plans.

Return Policy

With proof of receipt, most dispensary items that have been purchased through the clinic’s dispensary can be returned within 60 days of purchase if the product is unopened and has not expired.  There are no refunds on custom blended teas, tinctures, creams, ointments, or probiotics.

Note: Should you experience an adverse reaction to any prescribed medication or natural medicine, please follow up with your naturopathic doctor immediately.
